Shipping from the Customer to MBA Shoe is free of charge:
 1. Print the mailing label.
2. Print the order form, and manually fill out the form.
3. Place your shoes or item(s) and your completed order form, in a box and attach the label to the outside of the box.
(To receive a free priority mail shoe box from your local U.S. Postal office, print the label, complete the order form, and bring your shoes or item(s) to the Post Office where you will be given a free priority mail shipping box.)
Free carrier pick up from the U.S. Postal Service is available:
1. Print the mailing label.
