How MBA Shoe Pick-Up And Delivery Service Works:

To schedule pick up and delivery from your home or business, call 1-888 4 Shoe Fix (1-888-474-6334) or sign up online. Simply supply your customer information, place your order, instruct us where to pick up your items, and make your payment. MBA Shoe accepts American Express, Master Card and Visa credit cards.

The day before the scheduled pick up MBA Shoe will remind the customer by email, or telephone, to leave the shoes, or items to be polished and or repaired, in a safe, weather-sheltered location (if possible) of their choice.

MBA Shoe will pick up the items and leave a receipt with the corresponding order number. The customer can call 1-888 4 Shoe Fix (1-888-474-6334), or visit www.mbashoe.com to track their order, or contact customer service.

Regular orders will be returned to the customer within 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Rush orders will be returned within 48 hours from the time of pick up of the item(s). A representative from MBA Shoe will contact the customer regarding the time of repair on a custom order.

The customer is notified by email or telephone, when the item(s) have been returned to the original, secure, location specified by the customer.

How should I leave my items for pick up?

Please leave your items in a waterproof plastic bag. Place the bag in a secure, weather-sheltered (if possible) location. Please mark the bag, so that the MBA Shoe representative can identify the bag to be picked up. The customer does not have to be there at the time of pick up and delivery.

What are the Pick-Up/ Delivery hours for MBA Shoe?

Monday through Friday; Residential customers are serviced from 9am to 7pm, and Business/Office customers are serviced from 9am to 5pm.

How do I pay for your service?

The cost of polish and repair of your items will be charged to the credit card you specify, when you place an order. To ensure your personal information is completely secure, your credit card information is protected by a web-based encryption and authentication service. There is no additional charge for pick up and delivery.

Can I customize a repair?

Yes. Tell us what you would like to have done to your item. MBA Shoe will pick up the item and contact you with a quote for the price of the repair. There is a $5.00 charge for this service that will be deducted from the cost of the repair.

What are toe and heel savers?

Toe and heel savers are small plastic guards that are adhered to the toe or heel of your shoe.

What is a sole guard?

A sole guard protects the entire sole of your shoe. It is a thin rubber protector sole that is custom adhered to the sole of your shoe.

What is a Vibram ® rubber sole?

The Vibram ® brand is recognized worldwide as the leader in high performance soling products for outdoor, dress casual, and service footwear. The Vibram ® sole is lightweight, long-wearing, and flexible. It has excellent traction and a high abrasion resistance. Your current worn Vibram® sole can be replaced, or leather soles can be converted to a Vibram® sole.
